Business Development Manager/Events Manager (Hospitality)

LOOK Cinemas is seeking a Business Development Manager / Events Manager . The ideal candidate has experience and proven success with B2B sales and private / corporate events. The perfect candidate is driven and resourceful, forward-thinking, and committed to creating incredible and memorable events for our clients.

Responsibilities include :

• Prospect and build corporate event database
• Quote and plan corporate events in theatres – business meetings, private movie screenings, and special events
• Create B2B marketing strategy for special events
• Network with local business community, at chamber events and other business meetings
• Research new leads and maintain active outreach
• Represent the brand and venues to potential clients
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Manage event proposals, quote, and contracts
• Utilize CRM platform to implement communication calendar and strategy
• Provide sales reporting and analysis to management team
• Develop strategic collateral and tools to generate new business
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals
• Monitor special events and meeting venue industry for trends and insights
