What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Roads & Rural Program Manager position at Looking Glass Community Services?
Looking Glass Community Services is actively recruiting a Program Manager to join our homeless youth services team with our New Roads & Rural Programs!
This position is responsible for the oversight of our urban and rural drop-in centers. We provide basic services and case management for unhoused youth in Lane County! QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Combination of education and work/experience; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, closely related field preferred.
- Certification: Valid Oregon Driver's License, acceptable record, and insurability under Agency's auto insurance. Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred
- Experience: Four years of relevant program experience, working with at-risk populations with at least one-year supervisory experience.
- Availability: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, variable shifts and on-call as needed.
We are seeking applicants with knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and best practices/standards in behavioral health and social services for youth and families. Knowledge of program development and evaluation methods would also be ideal. Specific Duties: Specific duties include the management of internal operations, personnel, and community relations, as well as general program and fiscal management. Applicants should have, at least, working knowledge on each category.
