We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori and early intervention strategies, to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among children.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with individualized needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with curriculum development specific to early childhood education.
- Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in classroom management strategies that foster a positive learning environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
