Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to individuals to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to provide person-centered support.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (if required).
- Ability to complete CPR, Safety Skills, Online Trainings, and other required agency trainings.
- Capable of effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations at all times.
Essential Physical Demands:
The ability to operate tools and equipment safely, exert up to 100 lbs with two people, lift up to 50 lbs independently, and perform tasks requiring walking, driving, standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
