The Outside Sales Specialist will focus on the development and growth of their respective territory / market. They will provide inspections, quotes, and sales, in support of our growth plans.
Overview of Responsibilities :
- Grow our book of business by closing inquiry leads (INB) and generating creative leads (CTV).
- INB leads are generated via Marketing efforts and are prospects / customers who request an inspection / quote.
- CTV are leads where we created a need for the customer / prospect to get a quote, including but not limited to :
- Leads generated by Service Technicians
- Leads generated by Inside Sales & Customer Care Specialists
- Door knocking on neighbors of leads / customers.
- Quickly Visiting on businesses
- Calling existing customers to offer free inspections / estimates for additional services.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Place Work Culture by living our Core Values.
