Overview Of Responsibilities
- Grow our book of business by leading a team of inside sales professionals
- Produce data to provide real-time feedback on goals and metrics
- Design and deliver training content
- Coach and develop team members
- Communicate professionally and effectively
- Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance
- Manage a team of inside sales specialist to ensure quality performance
- Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training with a people mindset to ensure career development
- Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers
- Daily check-ins
- Daily huddles
- Daily call coaching sessions
- Weekly team meetings
- Engagement activities
- High school diploma equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and manage a team
- Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic
- Prove track record as a manager overseeing and leading a team of inside sales specialists
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to travel based on company needs (minimal travel)
