Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in Boca Raton, FL. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, reviewing legal documents, and communicating with clients on behalf of attorneys. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will work closely with attorneys and clients to support the legal needs of the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of law and legal document preparation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and attorneys
- Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on legal precedents and statutes
- Experience with document review
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal software and databases
- Paralegal certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies is preferred
- Experience in family law and trial preparation is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing and analytical skills are also important.
