Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Staff Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensure that all food is prepared and handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in food preparation and service an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
