Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rental Shop ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding guests in proper fitting of ski and snowboard boots, as well as mastering services, promotions, and hours of operation. This role requires active contribution to a safe and clean environment, provision of quality customer service, and accountability in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of proper fit of ski and snowboard boots
- Greet guests and quickly identify their specific needs, steering them in the appropriate direction
- Provide directions and anticipate guest questions, assist with sign-in process
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all interactions
- Attend and participate in daily safety and service meetings
- Provide trail maps, brochures, and contact information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail experience is a plus.
