Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of proper ski and snowboard boot fitting techniques.
- Greet guests and quickly assess their specific needs, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Assist guests with the sign-in process and provide information on trail maps, brochures, and contact details.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Participate in daily safety and service meetings to stay informed about resort operations and guest expectations.
- Educate guests about the Your Responsibility Code, promoting a safe recreational environment.
Qualifications

- One to three months of related experience or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail experience is an asset.
