Job Overview
At Loon Mountain, we are seeking a dedicated and caring Youth Program Assistant Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health and well-being of children during indoor activities by supervising them during bathroom breaks.
- Prepare the lunch room for meal breaks, including filling water containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist instructors in retrieving food for children, promoting a smooth and efficient experience.
- Communicate any food allergies and/or special dietary needs to Food & Beverage staff to guarantee accurate handling.
- Oversee children and instructors in cleaning up after meals and/or snacks, fostering teamwork and responsibility.
- Establish communication with parents regarding early pick-ups as needed, ensuring seamless coordination.
Requirements
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this position.
