What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Staff Member position at Loon Mountain?
Loon Mountain is seeking a Youth Support Staff Member to join our team. As a member of our childcare team, you will provide support and guidance to our youth participants during their time at our facility.
Your responsibilities will include supervising children during bathroom breaks, setting up the lunch room for meal breaks, and assisting instructors with retrieving food for children. You will also communicate any food allergies and/or special dietary needs to our Food & Beverage staff.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be responsible for supervising children and instructors during meal clean-up, and calling parents for early pick-ups as needed.
