Overview :
The Director of Marketing will manage a small team and own the Company's revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, market sizing, SEO / SEM, and a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role is critical in shaping marketing strategy, enhancing market presence, and driving business growth for the Company.
Responsibilities : Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of marketing professionals with a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Own and optimize revenue operations processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
Conduct comprehensive market research and market sizing to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, leveraging content marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to engage target audiences.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis.Expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
