Overview :
The Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and provide hands-on support for various HR functions. This role will ensure accurate and compliant payroll for a multi-state workforce, oversee per diem allowances, manage employee records, and assist with benefits, onboarding, and talent acquisition. The ideal Candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and experienced in handling payroll and HR responsibilities for 100 employees.
Responsibilities :
- Review and approve employee timecards on a weekly basis.
- Process payroll for approximately 110 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in processing employee changes, including pay adjustments, terminations, department and position changes, and benefit modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including documentation of disciplinary actions.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
