Position: Full-time, fixed-term contract (ending December 31, 2025 - potential for extension)

The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated UX Researcher & Project Manager to join our US team. In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead on planning and executing UX research projects while getting hands-on with developing research designs, moderation and report writing. You'll enjoy a flexible, friendly, and international work environment alongside colleagues committed to delivering top-notch user research.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from proposal creation to execution and delivery.
- Proactively coordinate resources, tasks, and progress to stay on track and within Loop UX's security policies.
- Provide hands-on UX research support (research design, question guide creation, moderation, note-taking, analysis, report writing etc.)
- Build strong client relationships, bridge cultural gaps, and manage expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement in our UX research practices.
- Travel for on-site research when possible/needed (0-2 times a year).
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands on experience conducting qualitative UX research (usability tests, interviews, focus groups) - experience with benchmarking studies and unmoderated interviews are a plus.
- Proven project management skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Self-driven, proactive, and service-minded personality.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
