We are seeking an experienced Policy Servicing Representative to join our team, responsible for managing a designated portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
- Manage client relationships, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process and service existing policies, handling renewals, coverage questions, and re-quoting requests, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for growing the client base, leveraging relationships and expertise to drive results.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency policies, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Utilize industry-specific software, such as HawkSoft, QuoteRUSH, and EZLynx, to streamline policy processing and management.
Requirements:
- Florida 220 or 2044 Insurance License (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in insurance, with a strong focus on relationship building and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach.
