Key Responsibilities:
\The Director, Global Quality and Continuous Improvement will be responsible for:
\- Developing and executing a multi-year global QA and CI strategy \
- Maintaining worldwide product compliance across all Global Business Units \
- Leading direct reports in several locations, cross-functional global network of engineers, manufacturing facilities, business leaders, and legal team support to maintain compliance \
- Establishing and upholding quality standards and best practices to ensure exceptional quality products that meet customer, industry, regulatory, and government quality standards \
- Providing guidance and coaching to direct reports to ensure successful implementation of quality initiatives \
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements \
- Developing and monitoring quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
