We are seeking an experienced maintenance operations assistant to join our team at Loram Maintenance of Way. This role will be responsible for providing general building and grounds support by responding to and proactively identifying and resolving facilities-related maintenance needs.
Main Duties:
- Assist with moves/adds/changes in the office environment; perform minor carpentry, masonry, painting, maintain fire protection and life-safety systems
- Develop and complete preventative maintenance tasks for all building systems, documenting work completed as required
Essential Skills:
- Have a valid Boilers License or be able to obtain one
- Must be able to pass a forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, a respirator fit test
