Job Overview: Performs building and equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure building safety and efficiency of operations. Assist maintenance staff with building systems (i.e., electrical, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, building fire and life safety, security, automation, fire sprinkler, pool operations and equipment maintenance).

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectation of this job:
- Combination of education and experience to equal 4 years of commercial Building Maintenance.
- Mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing and pool equipment experience.
- Working knowledge of pools, spas and water features.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading.
- Experience in mechanical and carpentry repair work.
- Knowledge of equipment and tools, work hazards and applicable safety precautions.
- Certified Pool Operator License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
- Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
- Special Boiler's License Preferred.
- Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
