Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Talent Development
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members to set expectations and communicate daily activities.
• Create a culture of teamwork among direct and indirect reports, promoting engagement and Lean methodologies.
• Evaluate Value Stream performance and implement improvements to ensure problems are addressed promptly.
• Operational Excellence
• Manage assigned internal Value Streams, ensuring profit and loss deliverables and sustainable performance.
• Analyze and continuously improve Value Streams infrastructure, including resources, processes, and products.
• Prioritize continuous improvement efforts using audits, quality metrics, PFMEA, and productivity numbers.
• Compliance
• Collaborate with Quality to define and formalize execution plans for in-process product verification.
• Ensure adherence to end-to-end feedback loop systems for product consistency.
