Job Description:
The Value Stream Leader I plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our internal value streams. This individual will lead a team of exempt and hourly union labor members, collaborate with the Production Planning Team, and conduct daily and weekly meetings to set expectations and communicate tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year related experience, and ability to obtain and maintain Railroad Certifications.

- Highly engaged with the Production Planning Team to conduct routing, flow-path, and capacity analysis for optimization.
- Leads a team that includes exempt and hourly union labor promoting synergy and cross-functional collaboration.
- Conducts daily and weekly meetings with team members to set expectations and communicate expectations of daily activities.
- Ensure Value Stream cross training to ensure a flexible production flow and ensure problems are addressed on time.
