Job Overview :

The Investment Associate Internship Program is a great opportunity for those seeking to kick-start a career as an investment professional. We view our summer interns as valuable members of our investment teams with opportunities to return as full-time Investment Associates upon graduation. Your experience will begin in an accelerated training program focused on skills-based development covering Portfolio Construction, Data and Analytics, Investment Research, Trading, and the impact of Macroeconomic factors on markets led by Lord Abbett investment professionals and industry experts. Thereafter, Summer Investment Interns will join as members of investment teams within either Taxable Fixed Income, Tax-Free Fixed Income, Equities, or Global Trading. Interns will experience two rotations during the nine-week program. Interns should expect social interactions with peers as well as networking with senior investment professionals across the organization. Compensation Information : Annual base salary for this role is $100,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus : Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
