Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Direct Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Direct Sale Production Manager in various roles, including clerical duties, intake of UPS/FedEx, general filing, checking in garments against packing slips and garment order forms, etc. The ideal candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and have excellent organizational skills.
Reports to: Direct Sale Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Check in orders and verify merchandise against the purchase order
• Send orders to decoration department for further processing
• Coordinate delivery and scheduling of orders
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and shipments
• Assemble customer orders according to work order specifications
• Ensure all orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Report any order issues, discrepancies, or other concerns to the manager
• Assist with general clerical duties such as intake of UPS/FedEx, general filing, etc.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods standing and walking. The ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to stretch, lift, twist, and bend continuously throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to follow written and oral directions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
