We have been retained by a well-established, mid-sized law firm based in midtown Manhattan (four days expected in office per week) that seeks to hire a midlevel litigation associate with commercial litigation experience. The firm seeks someone with experience drafting motions, dealing with discovery matters, appearing in court, and ideally taking depositions and arguing motions. They offer an interesting caseload focusing on business tort, partnership, contract, non-compete, IP, trade secret, advertising, privacy/publicity, and communications disputes. Salary is likely $150,000-$165,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus, which can be about $15,000-25,000. The hours will likely be about 1800 annually. Over the years, we have made many placements with the firm.
