We have been exclusively retained on a non-public search by an elite investor-side boutique law firm that seeks to hire a midlevel litigation associate with significant plaintiff-side securities fraud class action litigation experience; attorneys typically work remotely, but they can also work from one of the firm’s offices if they would like (NYC, northern CA, etc.). The position focuses on securities fraud class action litigation and some shareholder derivative matters, and it offers the opportunity for good substantive experience and work with an impressive, tight-knit group of attorneys on high-stakes matters. Base compensation is likely $230,000-$245,000 (depending on experience), and bonuses typically range from about $40,000-200,000 (or more). We have close ties with this firm and have placed eleven attorneys there.
