About Lorenz Clinic

Lorenz Clinic has fast become a regional leader in psychological services and training. The clinic was the first Family Psychology specialty clinic in the Upper Midwest and was the first clinic in Minnesota to develop organized Post-Master’s Fellowships. It is recognized by many as the best post-degree training program in Minnesota. Compared to other large clinics regionally, Lorenz has the highest standards and ideals for clinicians and is the most selective in its hiring, selecting only 2-5% of applicants. The first, dirty startup developmental stages now complete, Lorenz is a role model of clinical excellence, and its regionally unrivaled scale among quality-focused clinics will serve as a sturdy launchpad from which to reach for the stars over the next 30 years. Through an integrated approach that involves research, professional training, and the service of others, Lorenz will deliver superior results and distinctive impact with lasting endurance.

You will work directly with the founder to develop a comprehensive development strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives for practice development. You will need to leverage the knowledge of the practice (your product), as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes. You will lead a product and work in unison with clinical and operations leaders, human resources, and business partners to deliver value to clinicians who seek a work environment conducive to wellness.

Above all, adding Lorenz Clinic to your resume is a distinctive badge of professionalism, community impact, and quality recognized across the mental health field regionally. For the past decade and a half, Lorenz has been known as the psychotherapist’s clinic– one of the few practices many clinicians would entrust with their career or in many cases, their own family.

The exact job title of this role is being developed, but it will likely be similar to Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Growth or similar, though referral partnership and staff relationship development is the keystone of the role in both philosophy and methodology.
