Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 DOQ Performance Incentive
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Direct Reports: 1 (Marketing Coordinator)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to help build a better mental health system from the inside out — starting with the workforce that makes it possible.
At Lorenz Clinic, growth begins with clinician headcount. Without skilled, compassionate providers, we can’t fulfill our mission. That’s why the Head of Growth leads two core strategic efforts: attracting new clients through community partnerships and referral marketing, and attracting top clinical talent to sustain and expand our care model.
This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role where you’ll collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO and support Lorenz’s next chapter of mission-driven expansion. You’ll build agile marketing systems, optimize or reallocate a sizable PPC budget, lead referral strategy, and elevate Lorenz’s reputation as a top workplace for mental health professionals.
This is a strategic role with tactical muscle — ideal for a builder who thrives in resource-conscious environments, is energized by complexity, and wants to do work that matters.
Who We Are
Lorenz Clinic is a nationally respected leader in Family Psychology and clinical training. Founded by clinicians, we are deeply committed to excellence in care, the professional development of our staff, and the communities we serve.

Marketing and growth at Lorenz means telling the right stories, earning trust, and building flywheels of connection — with patients, clinicians, partners, and communities.
