Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for an Executive Assistant to Ted Lorenz at Lorenz & Lorenz, PLLC. The Executive Assistant will ensure Ted Lorenz is kept apprised of all pertinent office information. This role will screen all business, medical provider and other inquiries coming to Lorenz & Lorenz as well as provide administrative support, help manage expense reports, assist with executive tasks, maintain communication within the team, and handle general administrative duties.
Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Administrative Assistance proficiency
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
