Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure availability of vehicles that meet customer demand.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of vehicles to potential buyers, utilizing strong public speaking skills.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Skills
- Proven experience in outbound sales and retail sales environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, tailoring messages to different audiences.
- Knowledge of market trends in the automotive industry is a plus.
