- Thursday, Friday, Monday: In Office, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Remote, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
As our Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, callers, and visitors. Your role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing phone systems, and supporting daily office operations. This position requires prior experience in a call center or as a receptionist to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for everyone we interact with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet clients, visitors, and callers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Phone & Email Management: Handle a multi-line phone system, route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments and ensure smooth coordination of meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain client records and other relevant information.
- Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Remote Work: Provide support remotely on weekends via phone and email, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center or as a receptionist/ administrative assistant is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to quickly learn new software/tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work the specified hours, including remote weekend shifts.
