What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Representative - Remote position at Lorien?
Job Responsibilities:
Connect with and deliver above-and-beyond member service through phone, text and email regarding program enrollment, meal deliveries and any real-time issues that may arise.
Coordinate members receive the best possible attention and personalized interaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with members and establish a positive rapport with every member and vendor.
Provide seamless support between multiple communication channels: including phone, text, email, and web platform/app
Flexible, versatile, positive, passionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Experience with vulnerable and elderly populations, a plus
Fluency in Spanish
Effective communication skills
Strong coordination and logistics skills
