While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary of $20.00 USD per hour.

- Support the identification of guests and VICs to be targeted for different initiatives
- Support in the organization of different VIC initiatives and assist during the execution phase for both events and delighting initiatives
- Support in building key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance
- Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database
- Support with store trainings for CRM and VIC topics
Skills And Abilities Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of precision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Curious, self-motivated thinker
