General Purpose of the Position:
Loro Piana, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of the finest quality textiles, ready to wear and accessories has an Assistant Manager opportunity available in the Aspen retail store.
Provide sales leadership and direction to the selling staff. The development of business through improved clientele and service skills will be communicated by sales participation and specifically communicated strategies. Additionally, support the selling function of the store by managing the areas of operations including, but not limited to, human resources, payroll, scheduling, accounts payable, cleaning, maintenance, security, supply, deposits / banking, training, POS systems, and communication systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise selling environment including the adherence to selling floor assignments, providing direction on split sales and ensuring impeccable customer service
- Maximize the sales performance of the staff through product knowledge education, coaching selling and clientele skills and reviewing individual transaction statistics on a regular basis
- Assist associates with the achievement of their individual goals by monitoring the suggestive selling process and providing timely feedback and direction
- Achieve personal sales goal
- Ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all personnel
- Develop specific plan to ensure compliance with thank you note guidelines, telephone and email outreach goals and assist with supervision of communication content
- Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by supervising floor assignments, shifting as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- Lead by example and ensure respectful selling environment is maintained at all times.
- Partner with store manager with the development of marketing opportunities

- Minimum 2 years management experience in a luxury retail environment.

Salary : $64,800 - $82,000
