Job Title : BA Technical Project Manager
Location : Bethlehem, PA (HYB)
Duration : Long Term Contract
MUST HAVE: BA who has Life, Disability insurance domain
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects,
- preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance data across underwriting, claims, policy
- administration, and actuarial functions.
- Experience with data domain modeling, metadata management, and
- taxonomy development.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, DCAM).
- Proficiency in SQL and Alteryx preferred. Most teams operate in a BI
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with experience
- creating BRDs, FRDs, and data dictionaries.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred:
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and data lakes.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Talend.
- Knowledge of general life insurance concepts and as well as regulatory requirements related to data management and reporting.
