Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops and gather requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Oracle Service Cloud and client needs.
• Design high-level solutions, focusing on Case Management and Vendor/Partner Management.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Service Cloud.
• Experience with Case Management and Vendor/Partner Management.
• Ability to lead discussions and define solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
