Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of ETL processes using Informatica to ensure efficient data integration.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
• Provide technical expertise in ETL and data warehousing to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth operation and timely data availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on ETL tools and processes.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL and data warehousing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong experience with ETL Tool - Informatica.
• Must have experience with Snowflake for data warehousing.
• Should have a solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Nice to have experience with other ETL tools and data platforms.
• Nice to have knowledge of cloud-based data solutions.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Should have experience in documenting technical processes and workflows.
• Nice to have experience in providing training and support to team members.
