Genesys Business Analyst

Role: Genesys Business Analyst

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree in Business or Engineering preferred, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
• Create documentation of requirements, user cases, process flows, data maps, wireframes etc.
• Manage Backlog and work with business teams to prioritize requirements
• Develop understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Engage, or PureConnect).
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
• 3 years of experience with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of creating Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Mapping etc.
• experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive.
• Ability to call APIs using various parameters and quickly understand the data returned
• Experience in reading ICDs
• Experience working with middleware portals like Apigee or Kong is good to have
• Experience in insurance domain is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

• High level Knowledge of Cloud Platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting
• Insurance domain is preferred
