Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety protocols at all times
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Conduct weekly documented safety meetings
- Maintain and update a 3-week look-ahead schedule
- Attend all relevant project meetings (safety, quality, scheduling, production, etc.)
- Issue corrective action notices as necessary to uphold company/project standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine material needs
Qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of rigging, signaling, and related equipment
- Familiar with the use of tools such as: transit, laser level, torque guns, welders, gas-supplied equipment, and rigging components
- Understanding of AISC standards
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships on site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
