Position Overview :
As the CMO, you will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that meet our short- and long-term objectives. You will oversee all clinical services, ensuring quality and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of clinical protocols and policies.
- Supervise clinical staff, including directors of dental, optometry, and pharmacy departments.
- Engage actively in leadership meetings and serve as the clinical strategist for LACHC.
- Provide direct patient care one shift per week, assessing medical needs and managing treatment plans.
- Drive our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
