Reporting to our Superintendent the Athletic Director provides vision, leadership, and oversight to the K-12th athletic program. This role strives to develop a high achieving athletic program that places an emphasis on faith development and sport expertise in each student athlete. The Athletic Director will own the following areas: Athletic budget Hiring leading and evaluation of coaches Athletic policies and procedures Admissions support for student athletes Implementation of the school's mission and vision throughout athletics Liaison between the athletic department and the school community Development of athletes, spiritually, mentally and physically Requirements for this role are as follows. Experience We are looking for a dynamic Athletic Director that can provide leadership to teams at all levels. This role supports a student body population of approximately 1,500. 3 years as an Athletic Director or other related leadership capacity in a school setting. role. 5 years coaching and/or playing experience.
