Job Summary
Dynamic Hope Schools is a non-public school providing instruction and behavioral services to students with special needs. The BCBA must possess a master’s degree in special education, psychology, behavior analysis or counseling with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices. Three to five years of recent experience working with individuals who have special needs and behavioral needs. Have knowledge of special education and experience developing positive behavior intervention plans and programs; experience in developing functional behavior assessments. Knowledge of current methods and techniques of applied behavior analysis and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with students, parents, and professionals; competence in analyzing assessment results, designing appropriate individual education and behavior plans and behavioral programs, and monitoring progress weekly.
