Job Summary
This is an on-call position and multiple vacancies are available. Part-Time employment is considered less than 8 hours per day; Hours per day TBD Qualifications: -High School Diploma or Equivalent -Associate's degree OR -A minimum of 48 post-secondary semester units in child development, liberal studies or related field OR -Successfully pass a District approved Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide exam -One year experience working with disabled children in a classroom or similar learning environment. -Valid CA Driver's license -Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency Incumbents in this class are required to complete a Non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention training program
