Job Summary
**This position is a bond funded position, and the length of the assignment is dependent on funding availability.** Location: District Service Center Hours/Day: 8 hours/day Days/Week: 5 days/week Months/Year: 12 months/year Under the general direction of the Facilities Program Manager (Bond Projects) or designee, analyzes and interprets applicable State & Federal laws and regulations, budgetary, programmatic and fiscal policies, procedures, and records to assist school and district staff in the management of bond project finances. Provides technical supervision and support to applicable bond project clerical personnel regarding program compliance monitoring and overall financial activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: Equivalent to four (4) years of full-time technical and professional accounting experience. Prior experience in position equivalent to that of an Accountant in an Accounting, Business or Program Department is highly desirable. EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Public Administration or a related field is required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATES and CLEARANCES: Prospective and current employees are expected to possess and maintain the following: Valid California Driver's License with evidence of insurability
