Full-Time Infant Educator: Community-Based (Home Visits)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Early Intervention, Special Education, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience required). Minimum of 3 years experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in a home-based or early intervention setting. Experience supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families. Strong understanding of child development theories, play-based learning, and early intervention practices. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to travel within your service area to provide in-home services Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and family-centered, culturally responsive practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree, credential, or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field strongly preferred Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, or other languages) a plus.
Physical Requirements of the Job: Comfortable working in various home environments. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage in play with infants and toddlers. Ability to safely position and support children in various postures for developmentally appropriate activities.
