Regional Education Compliance Manager

COMPETENCIES & REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong knowledge of educational laws, including those governing charter schools and state/federal education programs. Exceptional project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory documents and work with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Experience in developing and delivering training and professional development materials. Proficiency in using technology tools for data tracking, document management, and compliance reporting. Minimum Educational Level: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in education, public administration, law, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in education compliance, reporting, or project management. Familiarity with charter school systems and state/federal education regulations, or the willingness to learn. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams. Our salary schedule based on years of experience for this position type, the salary range for this position is $86,087- $110,512.
