Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, provide responsible office support duties requiring an understanding of the operations, procedures and functions of an assigned office or school site; greet and assist visitors; assist in assuring smooth and efficient office operations. The Substitute Secretary/Office Assistant performs a variety of clerical support duties requiring an understanding of the operations, procedures and functions of an assigned office or program. Incumbents receive only occasional instruction or assistance.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and • One year of clerical or secretarial experience.
