POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of all staff, players, and visitors at the LAFC Performance Center.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Respond to all security related needs and calls.
- Work with external security and local law enforcement as necessary.
- Provide customer service to all guests, players, and employees.
- Work closely with operations staff to effectively execute programming needs while maintaining safety measures.
- Maintain strict access control of facility to authorized personnel only.
- Conduct regular inspection of facility via foot and rotate posts as assigned.
- Interview victims and witnesses and write incident reports as necessary.
- Follow and adhere to policies and procedures needed to maintain security within the facility and on the perimeter.
- Assure property is secure and that no damage occurs due to visitor negligence or vandalism.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY RANGE
At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation for this role is $20.50 per hour.
