Promotions Distributor, / LA or Orange County

General Description

This entry-level position delivers brochures, promotional items, and company information to established customer accounts within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The Promotions Distributor maintains records of locations visited and customer interactions. The Promotions Distributor should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• ·         In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets established customers.
• ·         Within your geographic territory, you will be responsible for delivering brochures and other promotional materials to                      clients and prospects.
•           Maintain a record of daily routes. Keep accurate records of visited locations, materials distributed, and customer                          feedback received.
• ·        You will work under the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Compensation and Benefits:

-       Mileage Reimbursement: Will be reimbursed for mileage incurred during work-related travel in accordance with company policy and IRS standards.

-       Pay - DOE

Position Qualifications

-      High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is Required

-      College course in Business / Marketing / Sales a plus

-      Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

-      Must provide DMV Driving Record Report

-      Must have reliable transportation

-      Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

-      Personable and Outgoing: Enjoys meeting and speaking with new people and thrives in customer-facing environments.

Training

-      Will be trained on interacting with wholesale electrical distributors
