We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and dependable IT Support & Asset Management Fellow to assist our Information Technology department. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and asset management. This role requires onsite presence at our two Woodland Hills office locations. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT ticket board, prioritizing and executing tickets daily
- Maintain service level on ticket response times
- Assist with Tier 1 IT support at both Woodland Hills office locations
- Conduct routine inspections of all IT assets, ensuring they meet usability standards.
- Participate in a monthly on-call rotation
- Ensure that office and data center environments are well-maintained and organized for optimal functionality
- Remove any outdated or unused technology from office spaces to maintain a clutter-free, productive environment.
Asset Management Responsibilities:
- Manage and track hardware assets using Jira ITAM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Oversee software license management, ensuring compliance and proper tracking across multiple vendor platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update the office hardware inventory
- Keep an organized record of system and network-related inventory, ensuring all assets are properly documented and easily accessible.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365 suite
- Understanding of network topology
- Experience installing and configuring Windows OS & Mac OS
- Understanding of Windows & Mac desktop in a network environment
- Install, upgrade, license & troubleshoot applications on Windows and Apple devices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous work experience as an IT support specialist
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays during the football season (August to February).
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as kneeling, walking, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 40lbs. of equipment.
- This is an onsite role – remote work is not available.
Salary: Annual salary of $68,640.
