The Campus Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and positive learning environment by monitoring student behavior, enforcing school rules, and assisting in conflict resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle emergencies calmly, and the capability to foster respectful relationships with students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor campus grounds, cafeterias, and common areas to ensure student safety.
- Enforce school rules, policies, and regulations consistently.
- Intervene in conflicts or disturbances and de-escalate situations when needed.
- Supervise student arrivals and transitions between classes.
- Assist in maintaining order during school events, assemblies, and emergency drills.
- Report safety hazards, vandalism, and suspicious behavior to school administration.
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support positive student behavior.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation when necessary.
- Provide basic first aid when needed and contact appropriate personnel in emergencies.
CAMPUS AID QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must meet ONE of the qualification below:
1) High School Requirement
- High School Diploma, Official Transcripts or Verification Letter*
- General Education Development Certificate (GED)
- High School Equivalency Test (HiSET)
- Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC)
- California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE)
- Foreign Transcripts evaluated by a regionally accredited organization*
- Associate Degree or higher*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
